By downloading, installing, or using the "Script Mode for Gemini" Chrome extension ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
The Software is solely owned, developed, and operated by Priyanshu Aggarwal ("Developer"). There is no corporate entity, company, or third-party payment provider to contact regarding the Software's ownership or legal liabilities.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms. The Software is licensed, not sold.

The Software offers paid subscription tiers to unlock additional features or remove limitations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the free version of the Software and accept the Software "AS IS." For further details, see our strictly enforced Refund Policy.
Licenses are strictly for individual use. The Software employs device fingerprinting (including generating unique UUIDs stored locally) to enforce license limits. Sharing license keys, sharing accounts, or attempting to use a single license across unauthorized multiple devices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, uncompensated termination of your license.
The free version of the Software is provided with strict usage limits (e.g., 25 prompts daily or 100 prompts weekly). The Developer reserves the right to modify, reduce, or eliminate these free limits at any time without prior notice.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE UPDATES TO GOOGLE GEMINI OR GOOGLE CHROME.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIYANSHU AGGARWAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
The Software interacts with Google Gemini. The Developer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Changes to Google Gemini's interface or API may break the Software. The Developer assumes no responsibility for maintaining compatibility with third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
