1. No Exceptions
Because the Software is digital in nature and provided with a highly capable free version for testing and evaluation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Scenarios Where Refunds Are Denied
To be absolutely clear, refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to):
- You "forgot" to cancel your subscription before renewal.
- You no longer use Google Gemini.
- You found an alternative product.
- You do not know how to use the Software.
- Google updates their UI and temporarily or permanently breaks the extension.
- Your account was terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing).
- You purchased the wrong subscription tier.
- You expected a feature that was not explicitly advertised on our website.
3. Chargebacks and Fraud
If you attempt to bypass this policy by issuing a chargeback or fraudulent dispute through your bank, credit card company, or payment provider:
- Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked.
- We will submit evidence of this agreement, your login records, and active usage logs to the financial institution.
- You may be permanently banned from purchasing future products or services from Black Sunfall.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
